Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of The Blur Shop ("we", "us", "the Platform") at theblurshop.site and related Telegram Mini App services. By using the Platform you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform.
  • You must comply with all laws that apply to you in your country or region.
  • Creators must complete identity verification before uploading content for sale.

2. The service

The Blur Shop is a marketplace where verified creators can sell access to adult digital content. Buyers unlock content by paying in TON via TON Connect. Prices are shown in USD. We charge a platform fee (currently 10%); creators keep the remainder.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, specific earnings, or that any content will remain listed indefinitely.

3. Accounts

  • Sign-in is via Telegram. You are responsible for your Telegram account.
  • You may not impersonate others or use another person's account.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our Content Policy.

4. Creator obligations

  • You must own the rights to content you upload, or have explicit permission to sell it.
  • All people depicted must be adults (18+) and must have consented to distribution.
  • You must follow our Content Policy. Illegal content is strictly prohibited.
  • You are responsible for taxes and legal obligations related to your earnings.

5. Payments

  • Payments are made in TON on the TON blockchain. Prices are listed in USD. Blockchain transactions are irreversible.
  • We are not a bank, money transmitter, or escrow service.
  • Refunds are not guaranteed except where required by applicable law.

6. Content moderation and removal

We use automated and manual review. We may remove content, withhold payouts, or ban users who violate our Content Policy or receive valid reports of illegal content. See our Content Policy for prohibited material.

7. Reporting

Users can report content they believe is illegal using the in-app report button. We review reports promptly and may remove content and cooperate with law enforcement where required.

8. Intellectual property

Creators retain ownership of their content. By uploading, you grant us a limited licence to host, display blur previews, process payments, and enforce these Terms.

9. Disclaimer

The Platform is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above.
